Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, nearest office and the message you write.
• Job enquiries: any details and documents you send to our HR email address, such as a résumé, licence class and work history.
• Phone calls and email: whatever you share when you contact our offices directly.
• Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, which our website host records in standard server logs to keep the site secure and working.

• To respond to quote requests, billing questions and other enquiries.
• To arrange and manage freight, hauling and related services.
• To consider job applicants for current and future roles.
• To keep the website secure, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form or contact us, and on our legitimate business interest in replying to you and operating the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We will not send you marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We store one small item in your browser to remember your cookie choice. If you accept, the Google Map on our Contact page can load. Google may set its own cookies when it does. If you decline, the map stays hidden and nothing is loaded from Google.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and handle form submissions and email.
• Google, if you choose to load the embedded map (see Google's privacy policy).
• Authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law.

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements. Job application materials are kept for a reasonable period and then securely deleted unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

We use reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to data portability, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. In Canada you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
