SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform mandatory pre and post vehicle inspections.
Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates health and safety risks.
Constantly monitor vehicle fitness, load securement and ever-changing road conditions.
Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
Ensures all necessary paperwork are properly documented.
Maintain accurate electronic logs and vehicle inspections.
Secure all loads, material, and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE:
AZ License required.
Minimum 3 years of valid experience (Newly licensed drivers may be eligible for our Driver Training Program)
Clean drivers abstract and CVOR.
Good attendance necessary
Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
Able to take direction from management.
Able to provide a positive safety culture.
Must be 25 years of age.

Job Description
ORE HAUL SUPERVISOR
Establishing performance goals and deadlines in alignment with the company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees are clear on their responsibilities and delegated tasks. Monitoring employee productivity and offering constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise shift activities within an ore haul/mine environment.
- Ensure customer service targets and goals are achieved.
- Uphold the company's Health and Safety, and Operational goals on every shift.
- Demonstrate the company's commitment to customer service.
- Manage a crew of drivers and make prompt decisions.
- Possess knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ministry of Transportation, and WSIB regulations.
Additionally:
- Supervise employees and oversee multiple projects.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and hazard assessment meetings to decide if workers are fit for duty.
- Organize shop work and delegate tasks.
- Conduct monthly audits on drivers, trucks, and equipment.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Post-secondary education
- First Line Supervisor Common Core or equivalent competency certification
- Health and Safety 5-step certificate
- WHMIS and First Aid Certification
- Professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in teamwork and client interactions
- General mechanical knowledge
- 2-3 years of supervisory or operations experience (preferred)
- MCTU Supervisor certification or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to make sound decisions promptly
- Demonstrated leadership skills in effectively managing a team of drivers and operators
- Above-average communication skills
- Computer proficiency is an asset
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract

APPRENTICE
T Bell Transport is seeking a Truck and Coach Technician Apprentice to join our team. The position is based in Timmins, ON. The Mechanic's role involves ensuring the effective operation of various equipment through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of components as needed, while performing all duties safely and efficiently.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and repair a diverse array of equipment.
Enhance equipment availability via effective and proactive preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, oil changes, and failure analysis.
Identify faults and malfunctions, and execute required repairs, including significant component replacements or complete overhauls.
Adhere to all safety, health, environmental, and other company policies, procedures, and requirements.
Ensure repaired equipment operates correctly through rigorous testing.
Keep the workspace safe and orderly.

Job Description
T Bell Transport Inc. is looking to hire a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our team. The role of the Mechanic is to ensure effective operation of various on / off highway equipment by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing components where required and to carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and repair a mixed fleet of equipment.
Maximize equipment availability through efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs.
Perform preventative maintenance such as inspections, lubricating, oil changes and failure analysis.
Diagnose faults and malfunctions and carryout necessary repairs including major component replacement and repair or rebuild.
Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental and other policies, procedures and requirements.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE:
Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic / 310T Red Seal
Minimum 2 years of related experience (preferred)
Microsoft Office program operation and application skills
Experience with Chip Trailers, Float Trailers, and various brands of Tractor’s
Kenworth / Western Star / Mack / Volvo / International experience an asset
Other:

🆕 HEALTH & SAFETY / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (FULL-TIME) TIMMINS REGION
Job Description
HEALTH AND SAFETY / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Health and Safety Advisor is accountable and responsible to promote, co-ordinate and implement activities to improve and maintain high levels of Safety Performance. In addition, they will act as a resource for employees while advocating on T BELL policies, procedures, and programs. Additionally, the administrator will also assist with daily administrative duties including but not limited to processing paperwork, filing, handling driver inquiries, etc.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for safety orientation, safety training and policy implementations.
Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates health and safety risks.
Reports, investigates, and documents all safety incidents and injuries appropriately; assist in findings and recommendations to prevent a re-occurrence.
Works closely with General Managers, safety manager and field supervisors and conducts site inspections for sites where T BELL employees are present making recommendations if hazards exist.
Ensures all necessary paperwork and reports are properly documented. Assists projects in meeting their compliance reporting.
Liaise with client safety representatives and government inspectors.
Creates and/or distributes safety Toolbox Talk to supervisors.
Ensures each project has trained Health & safety Representative and/or JHSC members as required.
Good understanding of WSIB claims and coordinates/facilitates the safe return to work program for injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
Updates and posts site training matrixes where applicable and maintains site records for auditing purposes.
Establishes a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations by staying up to date on changing industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
Coaches and mentors staff as appropriate to improve health and safety performance.
Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Sorting of driver envelops for time tracking.
Reconciles load tickets with driver documented work for the week.
Submits driver envelops and tickets to head office for tracking and verification for payroll.
Run minor errands for the office.
Other administrative duties as required.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE:
5+ years’ experience in an occupational health and safety role preferably with the natural resources industry.
Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations, the Workplace Safety, and Insurance Act, Return to Work, WSIB, Human Rights Code, AODA, and WHMIS
Experience in Occupational Health & Safety Systems Management.
First Aid certification.
Valid class “G” driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Relationship savvy and solid interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse working environment ranging from employees, clients, certification representatives and external government bodies.
Must possess a certain degree of mechanical knowledge.
Computer skills required.
Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ability to plan and schedule activities including training.
Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
The ideal candidate must be highly flexible and adaptable, capable of working within the required time constraints, and able to follow management's direction. They should also contribute to a positive safety culture and assist with administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and answering the telephone.
